Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your Isaac Mizrahi purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Policy
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned
How to Return
- Visit mizrahiisaac.com and log in to your account
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
- Follow the prompts to complete your return request
You’ll receive a return authorization and instructions. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing after we receive your return.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or color variations of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Initiate a return for the original item as described above
- Place a new order for the desired item at mizrahiisaac.com
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please initiate a return through your account at mizrahiisaac.com. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and process a replacement or refund once we receive the item.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any original shipping charges.
